Hello, your problem is quite serious and you need a proper medical help. the symptoms which you have mentioned suggests that you are suffering from sleep apnea , a common disorder that are caused due to pauses in breathe or there may be shallow breathes while you are in sleep.
You have to undergo proper sleep apnea treatment as it is the only solution to your problem. As a preventive measure you will need to stop smoking and drinking habits and breathing through mouth.
