Tell me more about 72 hour diet pill ?

Today I was reading a magazine associated with diet pills. There I came to see 72 hr. slimming pill. I was convinced by the all its reviews I read there and I think it really works. Does it? What are the effects of taking it? Please give me some guidance.

Sandra 		72 hour diet pill is basically a fat burner that contains such ingredients all performs to lose weight very quickly. The ingredients of this pill are:

Juniper berries: act as a diuretic and helps to flush toxins from the kidneys.

Ginger root: used to treat sickness and nausea and also increase the heart blood flow.

Potassium Gluconate: works to reduce the blood pressure and maintain body fluid levels.

Dandelion root: lower down the cholesterol and blood sugar level.

Caffeine: used as a fat burner

These ingredients when summed up becomes 72 hour diet pills. Till now I have not heard about its side effects but at times fat burners can cause restlessness, anxiety and insomnia.
