Can I stop medication for acne treatment as my face is clear now?

I was suffering from acne almost 6 months before soon after I started treating acne with acne treatment products I started getting positive results no my face is almost clear, so I am thinking of discontinuing the treatment, what do you say?

jennyA 		Taking such an instant decision to stop acne treatment without any consideration may take you in trouble. Taking advice is mandatory; only clearing of acne from the face does not mean it’s completely eliminated, let the dermatologists instruct you for the right action. My personal advice would be that, you should discontinue one medication at a time and observe changes before discontinuing all, if using multiple products.
