How do I evade stretch marks while lifting weights?

Up till now I don’t have any I am planning to gain muscle rapidly and I have also heard that gaining muscle fastly can lead to stretch marks. I am not in a mood to have any dirty stretch marks but i also want to muscle bulk as fast as possible. What should I do I am really tensed?

Marks develops when your skin is stretched because it damages the collagen fibers and proteins in the underlying layer of skin. There is no any effective way to get rid off it. There are many creams and lotions for stretch marks removal out there in market that can help you to lighten it but are not for any prevention. Perhaps you can choose other activity like fitness or something like that in which your skin will won’t get that much stretched. So, I would suggest don’t work out at all….if you not want any dirty marks…
